These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by IRT Training PTY Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) to clients (“you”, “your”) and apply to all training, courses, and associated services.

By enrolling in any of our training programs or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

IRT Training PTY Ltd provides training services including, but not limited to, industrial, safety, compliance, and skills development programs. Course details, duration, fees, and requirements are outlined in course materials and brochures.

2. Enrolment and Payment

  • Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of a completed registration form and full payment or approved purchase order.

  • Payment terms are specified on invoices. Late payments may incur penalties or cancellation of enrolment.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses. In such cases, alternative dates or a full refund will be offered.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations by the client must be submitted in writing.

  • Refunds may be subject to a cancellation fee, depending on the notice period provided.

  • Substitutions may be made at any time prior to the course start date.

4. Attendance and Certification

  • Full attendance is required to receive a certificate of completion.

  • Certificates will be issued only if all course requirements, including assessments, are satisfactorily completed.

  • Lost or replacement certificates may incur an administrative fee.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure that participants meet all pre-requisite requirements and are fit to participate in the training.

  • Appropriate behaviour is expected at all times. We reserve the right to remove disruptive participants without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All training materials and content remain the intellectual property of IRT Training PTY Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

IRT Training PTY Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
